ABOUT THE SCHOOL
Shri Anantpal Shikshan Sanstha's, Dnyan Vikas Nivasi Apang Vidyalaya
Shri Anantpal Education Society was established in Udgir in the year 1990 through the joint efforts and shared vision of Dr. Suryakant Lasune and his friends Mr. Mahadev Khatal, Mr. Ashok Swami, and Mr. Trimbak Kendre. The main objective of the institution was to empower and educate differently-abled (divyang) students. With this goal in mind, in 1992, the institution began the Dnyanvikas Residential School for the Disabled.
DONATION
Shri Anantpal Education Society was established in Udgir in the year 1990 through the joint efforts and shared vision of Dr. Suryakant Lasune, Hon. Shankar Lasune and friends Mr. Mahadev Khatal, Mr. Ashok Swami, and Mr. Daulat Kendre. The main objective of the institution was to empower and educate differently-abled (divyang) students. With this goal in mind, in 1992, the institution began the Dnyanvikas Residential School for Divyang Students.
Initially, the school was started in Lohara, Taluka Udgir, District Latur. On 15th August 1992, the school was inaugurated at the hands of the former Chief Minister of Maharashtra, Hon. Mr. Vilasrao Deshmukh. At present school has been transferred at Dombivli. For the past 32 years our institution has been blessed with the patronage of a number of large hearted and generous donors. The progress so far owes a great deal to their unstained support. Even today there is a steady flow of donations. The various schemes under which donations are accepted are listed below, though help is not limited to these alone.
1) On the occasion of the birthday of a family member or in memory of a near and dear one or for similar such remembrance you may like to consider the following
For the inmates of the hostel (about 25 in number)
• Rs.10,000/- for breakfast
• Rs. 40000/- fo normal meal
• Rs.60000/- for Special meal with a sweet dish. (You may also consider distributing biscuits, chocolate of reputed brands or give away fruits. However, you may like refrain from donating readymade meals prepaid outside our premises)
2) In case you wish to offer donations in kind such as educational aids, electronic equipment or hostel provisions do please consult our Secretary Dr. Suryakant Lasune (9021856969)
